Summer Mile Club & Fitness Challenge

Skating First's Summer Mile Club & Fitness Challenge provides a framework for training throughout the summer to keep players motivated and on track working toward the fall when their hockey life hopefully resumes!

  • Players will complete the Skating First Mile Club Challenge by skating 50, 100, 150, 200, or More miles between TBD
  • During the 8 weeks players will have multiple opportunities for virtual & in person group off & on skate and private sessions, webinars with experts in sports nutrition and mindfulness training for athletes, opportunities to compete in a virtual half marathon- The Skate of the Union with the challenge culminating on [TBD] with Skating First’s Rollerblade 10K Challenge*
