Join the Skating First Summer Mile Club & Fitness Challenge
June 1-August 6th
Increase Muscular Strength & Flexibility
Through a variety of off skate classes in plyometrics, body weight/core and yoga for skaters players will improve upper, lower and core body strength and increase full body flexibility and mobility.
A Goal to Work Toward & Achieve with a "Team"
Inline skating for distance can increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Players will pick their go of 50, 100, 150, 200 or more miles for the summer. Prizes awarded for reaching goals and top miles in each age group.
Training for Distance Races
In-person meet ups for an out door skating session throughout the summer plus a Rollerblade 10K Challenge & Pizza party to celebrate all the hard work at the end of the summer!
